MCP

Ask your store a question.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex to your Omnishift account. Ask about stock, orders, sales, and sync errors, and get the answer from your own data.

Ask

Which connections are in error, and which products have stock under 5?

The answer

  • Names the channel
  • Names the time range
  • Stock is the quantity last synced

What it can answer

  • Products and stock, including a channel, an SKU, a name, or stock under a number you choose. Stock is the quantity Omnishift last synced.

  • Orders and their line items, by channel, status, order number, or date.

  • Sales, order totals, top SKUs, and days of cover for today, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, for one channel or the whole account.

  • Which marketplaces are connected, their status, and the last error.

  • Recent sync logs, including errors and warnings.

  • The assistant only sees the Omnishift account you signed in with. It cannot see another seller’s store. Every answer says which channel the numbers come from, and whether that is today, the last 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
